During the guarantee period, STAR 105.1 promises not to repeat any single song by any one artist, between 9am and 5pm on any one day, Monday through Friday (barring holidays). our guarantee: if a song is repeated, and you’re the first one to call us, we’ll give you $1,000. Exceptions to the guarantee include audio clips of songs used in commercials, promotional announcements, news stories or other audio presentations other than regularly-scheduled songs. MONEY will only be awarded after confirmation of the repeat airing of the song. Such confirmation will be accomplished through a review of the station’s printed music logs AND audio recording of the day on which the repeat airing is alleged to have occurred.
